My team cannot access our Box account.
I tried clicked on a shared box link we created and got the below message. Trying to contact box support but do not see an email or customer support phone number I can call?

@ Box Support - please help ASAP. My team cannot access any of our company files. See Case #3256821 and # 3258989. We had the SAME issue last year when we renewed our yearly subscription...this is getting beyond frustrating!
