Cannot access Admin Console

In your help file, https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695714-Admin-Console-Guide, you write, "Access your settings and other functions via links in the lefthand navigation of the Admin Console." My problem is that I seem not to have access to the Admin Console. 

I have logged in to our Admin account, but the "lefthand navigation" of the web page appears no different from when I log in as an Editor. For your reference, I have attached a screenshot of that portion of the web page. Please advise. 

PS. My AccountID is available on request

I have the same exact issue. I see the same menu options as UUVisalia.
