Cannot access a collaborated folder

I cannot access a folder that I have been invited to collaborate on by an user outside my organization. When I click on accept invite, it says it cannot find the page. If I click on all files on the blue left ribbon and select the folder, it provides a blue error message.

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:

1. Make sure that the browser is up to date
2. Clear the browsing history or use a different browser
3. Temporary disable plugins/extensions, firewall, and VPN
4. Check if your Firewall is configured for Box apps 
5. Try to connect to a different network
6. Reach out to the owner of the folder and request to remove you as collaborator and re-send an invite

Hi Ann,

Thank you. My browser is up to date. My employer requires that I use Microsoft Edge so I cannot use a different browser. I am also required to use a VPN, I cannot turn it off or disable it. I did reach out to the owner of the folder and was removed and readded. I still cannot access the folder. Could you please advise? Thank you.
