I am working with a client that uses BOX as file sharing/collaboration tool.


I kept getting invitation from the client and cannot accept it.
The invitation link is something like: clientname.ent.box.com/signup/collab/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx


Whenever I click on it or copy/paste the link it just automatically redirect to my page but nothing is shown.


I would really appreciate if someone can point out the way to fix this issue

Are you having trouble accepting your collaboration invite? If so, you can accept it this way. 


To find and resolve a pending invitation:


  1. Log in to box.com. 

  2. In the left menu of your Box account window, click All Files.

  3. In the pending invitations panel under ACTION REQUIRED, hover on the name of a file or folder.

  4. To see details about the invitation, click the ellipses, "...", and select View Details.

  5. To decline the invitation, click the ellipses, "...", and select Decline All.

  6. To accept the invitation and gain access to the project's content, click Accept.

Meanwhile, if there's no pending invitation from your Box account. Please reach out to the owner and have him/her to send a new invite.
