Cancellation of billing

Hello? I'm using Box well and thank you for your service. However, I was surprised to suddenly be charged too much payment for this June. As it turned out, it seems that the payment was charged by several external users, but it seems that it happened because I did not know what the sheet meant. Currently, only 3 seats are being used, excluding external users, so we request cancellation of the last bill.
