For reference, we offer a 14-day free trial for both business and enterprise accounts. As outlined in our terms of service, an account needs to be canceled before the end of the 14-day trial to avoid any charges.
In addition, Box is as a subscription-based service, similar to cable or internet providers. Billing is based on the subscription plan selected including number of seats (if applicable), regardless of usage. We need to receive a direct notice of account cancellation (i.e., if not done online) so we can proceed with stopping future charges.
