I would like to cancel my subscription. Why is there no direct link to cancel??

Here are the steps to cancel your Box account:
Only the account administrator can cancel a Business or Enterprise account.
- Go to Admin Console > Account & Billing.
- In the Status field in the Account Information section, click Cancel Account.
Do not see this option? Submit a ticket here. - A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your action. After confirming, click Continue.
- Navigate through the pop-up screens and select Cancel My Account to complete the process.

- The account will cancel at the end of the service term.
The account owner or administrator will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.
Is the account administrator unable to cancel the account or didn't receive email confirmation?
If no notice is received or the administrator is unavailable, please reach out to cancel@box.com to confirm. Otherwise, you risk the account not being properly cancelled.
