Please, I would like my account canceled immediately and to lose all access to all features as soon as possible. I woke up today to a huge declined charge on my card (540 dollars) after my 14day trial expired. I completely forgot about my trial expiring and being charged this amount until I was notified today by Box. Within a few minutes, I took steps to immediately cancel my chargeIf I could get in touch with a real agent to have this charge removed and my account terminated as soon as possible I would be extremely grateful, as there is no way that I will be able to pay this balance. Thank you.
