Cancel a Webhook v1

Hi,

 

is there a way to cancel a webhook v1 from the webhook application?

 

While a web application can receive notifications from Box, it seems it's not possible to stop this from the webhook application side. Revoking a user token isn't enough and there's no API method to cancel webhooks v1. It seems the only way is to remove the application receiving the webhook from the Box user account but it's not something feasible using the API. Any idea?

    Hi Jason,

     

    thanks for the answer. This is not exactly what I was asking. I don't want to delete the webhook from Box developer site but directly from the application receiving the notifications. I don't want to disable it because I can receive notifications from different Box customers. I just want to stop receiving notifications from a specific subscription.
