Trying to signup for a box.com paid account


Canadian, with Canadian based Mastercard and AMEX credit card


Tried both cards, different formatting of postal code etc. I keep getting 'unable to process your payment information' errors


 


Wish I could open a support ticket directly instead of posting on this forum
