Business Requirement :
We want to integrate box with Salesforce. As we know that we can control the permissions of internal or managed user in box and in Salesforce.
Actually, we want to control the permissions of external users.
1.We have external users who will upload the document from the partner community/portal in SF org which should automatically be uploaded into the box using integration. Is it possible?
2.If it is possible through integration then can we control the permission of that external user inside box?
3.Like, If external user has uploaded any document in a box through Salesforce then is it possible for the user to view or download that document from the box. No, any other permission Needed only view and download.
Need help on this.
