We have an employee we believe may be a disgruntled user. They deny deleting a file. 1. As the Admin, how do we search the logs for deleted files and the user?

We're happy to help! Yes, Admin and Co-Admins can run a User Activity Report to track the recent activities in your Organization's files and folders.
And here's how to run the report:
- Go to Admin Console> Reports.
- Click Create report> User Activity then next.
- Set the date range for your report and in Action Types select File Management then filter it to moved to trash, moved and renamed.
- Lastly, click run to create a csv file copy of this report.
Meanwhile, the file owner can restore the file through trash.
