I received an invitation to view a folder, but when I attempt to open the folder using the links in the email invitation, I just get the message "Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for," and my "All files" folder is empty.
I have not received anything prompting me to verify my email address (I had an existing Box account before I received the invite). I have dual authentication (via text message) set up. I have asked the sharer to re-send the invitation, but it still doesn't work.
The folder in question is being shared from an Enterprise account to an personal account, if that is relevant.
