Can't upload for almost 24 hours

Unable to upload files for almost 24 hours, now.

Error when trying to upload files from web. Using latest version of MacOS and Chrome. Not working in Safari either.

Error message: Something went wrong with the upload. Please try again.

This is happening with multiple file types, I tried JPG and PDF files. They are less than 2MB each and do not contain any unusual characters. Chrome reports an error that I am attaching in this message. Please HELP?

This issue is STILL happening even though your status page says all systems are operational.

Box support has contacted me and I shared a video with them displaying what happens.

Its been days ive been having this issue. How can you contact Box? I couldnt even find how to contact them either. It only led me to these comment forums and the option to submit a ticket to them is blocked out.

I contacted them on Twitter and after lots of back and forth of them telling me to create a ticket (surprise, we can't!), they finally created one on my behalf. 

I hope it goes somewhere and will come back here and post updates as they provide them to me.

Oh geez... This has been a nightmare. I never had issues with Box all these year until this problem started and realized you can't even reach out to them for help. It's so ridiculous. We might have to rethink about using another instead of Box from now on because they are unreliable. Such a shame. Good luck with getting help from them and please let us know if you get to the bottom of this issue!! thanks!

And for everyone who's getting the same error, if you've completed these troubleshooting steps and the error still persist. Please make sure that you're using  account.box.com instead of account.box.net and try again.

Our Engineering team are on it and will make sure to fix this as soon as possible.

Hey all, as promised, I am posting an update after hearing back from the Box team about this. The issue seems to be resolved for now as mentioned above by Rona. Fix: go to box.com (not box.net). The company (Box) used to actually be called Box.net. So... I always browse to box.net.
