Hello, Attempting to upgrade from individual plan to personal pro.  Get a message to contact support.box.com even though all billing details are entered correctly.  Please advise.  Thank you!

I am unable to upgrade, even though all the information is correct.

I have entered all payment information and set up 2FA authentication, but I am receiving an error that says, "Please contact support," and I cannot complete the payment for the upgrade. I have also tried multiple credit cards, but it did not work.


I am having trouble upgrading my license to Box Business Plus, it displays the following error

There was an error processing your request.
Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com.


I get the impression that Box has the worst support I’ve ever had to deal with. I want to purchase a paid service, but I simply can’t.

When I try to pay for the Business plan, I’m told to contact support. Two weeks ago, I filled out the contact form and sent an email. I filled it out again yesterday. But I still haven’t received any response...

I also can’t find a way to chat with a live agent. I saw that support is available during specific hours, but I can’t find the button to start a chat anywhere.

The AI suggested contacting them on LinkedIn, but it’s not possible to send them direct messages there either.

What should I do? How can I get access to their API if I’m not even given the option to pay for a suitable plan?


I want to subscribe but the system won't let me. I get an error all the time. I don't understand the reason. I contacted support and they told me to go to the forum.

Is there a number that I can call?  I tried to upgrade and It said, fail, open a ticket.  I can’t find where to open a ticket or call, or instant message. I am not sure now I want to contiue with an upgrade if support is this hard to get.

I've selected Business and selected the Monthly Plan. I've also filled out my payment details but when I clicked 'Complete Upgrade' it shows an error.

 

"There was an error processing your request. Please double check that all fields are correctly filled out and try again later or contact us so that we can assist you."

I am having trouble upgrading my license Individual to Personal Pro, it displays the following error.

The error was displayed in Japanese, so I think it differs from the actual error text written in English.

I’m glad I read this -and other- forums. I was about to upgrade my plan.


I am trying to upgarde my plan and it doesnt let me when I try to pay. It says the following:
