Had errors that Box couldn't start up - went thru uninstall process as defined on Terminal. Rebooted system and box installed without error. However when it starts up now it states can't update.
Box Drive has failed to update to version 2.36.108.
Please try to update again or report this issue to us by sending your logs.
I have sent the logs, but don't see where/how to actually open a support case as requested.
