Can't submit a ticket on the "support contact" page

Please be advised that the option to submit a 'support ticket' is only available to all our paying customers. I checked your profile and I see this is linked to a Personal Free Box, so this support channel is not applicable to your type of account. 

The community and its members would be more than happy to help if you could provide more details on the issue.

I am having a problem with my account saying I am out of space.  I have deleted everything.
