We are new to BOX.  We have set up permissions on all of the folders and used GROUPS to assign users to folders. Team Members have been uploading files and then others, who should be able to see them, can not see the files.  If I go to the file and 'manage collaborators' everything seems perfect.  We need assist on this please.
