Can't see shared folders after accepting invite

Hello!  I'm using box for school and have several collaboration invites, but when I click the invite link I don't see the folders in my account.

Welcome to the Box Community! 

I'm not seeing any shared folders in the account. I suggest that you contact the sender to send you the invitation again for this may have expired.

I have the same problem. The link was sent less than an hour ago. It shouldn't be expired. When I click on the email link to the shared folder, it takes me to my "all files" page where there is nothing at all different, no notifications, no new files or folders, no status bubbles asking for action....nothing. And not only did I confirm my email address previously as your help article states, but I have previously shared files with this collaborator. What am I missing???

 

Their email went to my spam email folder, but I moved it to my inbox and it's still not working...

My issue was that my email address exists in two different forms in the account if the file owner. Both send me the "file has been shared with you" email but only one is linked up with my box account properly and works for accepting the request. When selecting it from the list of emails to share with there is no way to tell which one is the right one.
