Can't see shared folders after accepting invite

Hi Box Support Team, 

I received an invitation from collaborate and I clicked on the link in the invite, but I don't see the collaborate's folder.
Could you please help me to solve this issue.

    When you clicked the invitation link, did you get an error? If so, could you attach a screenshot in this thread?
