Can't see shared files no matter how they're shared

I've asked them to try both ways. My email is correct. What else can we do??

Do you see any error message when you try accessing the files/ folders shared by others to you? Can you share a screenshot here so we can take a closer look?

Hi there. I figured out that I have more than one account (one is an alias to the same email). 

New question - how can i terminate/deactivate accounts that aren't being used? Thanks!
