I created a file as the owner. I then shared the file with someone else making them an Editor.
They uploaded documents to it, they have sent me a screenshot of the uploaded documents in the same folder that I shared with them.
I see nothing when I log in.
I need help.

Have you tried logging out and logging back in to your Box account? Refreshing your browser?
Have you also checked your notifications under "Settings" if there are any updates or changes?
