Can't see box folders in Finder on Mac

I've been invited to edit a folder on Box, which I can't find in Finder on my Mac. It's very frustrating! I think it's because I'm logged in on another account on Box maybe? It's also very nebulous how I login and out of different accounts on my mac???

    For me to check, may I please have the following: 

    • What Box app are you using? Is it Box Sync or Box Drive?
    • Does it show any error message?
