Can't save comments I added to an offline available PDF when I am offline

Hi There,

I notice that I can't save comments I added to an offline available PDF when I am offline. I can see the pdf but when trying to save some comments I wrote, it says 'Something went wrong. Try again Later.

If I go online and try the same, it just works and can save the comments. 

I want  to be able to make comments when I'm for example reading the file in an Airplane or so. Is this a security setting somewhere in the Configuration of Box?

    The Ability to Leave Comments on Files While Offline is currently not supported. There is however an existing feature request to support this and you can find the suggestion here.

    I appreciate your feedback and would recommend that you upvote this idea and share your use case for possible consideration and implementation in the future. Our product managers review these requests and take them into consideration for future product development.
