I got an email to share a folder with me that I was expecting. I clicked on the "Accept Invite" link and it asked me to sign up for an account. I already have one so I signed in, but then the shared folder wasn't in my account. So I clicked the "Accept Invite" link from the email again, but it never shows up in my files. I have accepted shared folders from this person before with no issues.
I tried looking for a way to contact Customer Support because I don't think a random user will be able to help me with this, but apparently there is no customer support. Anyone have any ideas? Or an email to contact support directly?
