Can not receive reset password email and there is nowhere on my account to submit a ticket. How are we suppose to receive any kind of support?

I received an email saying it was resolved however I was not able to talk to anyone. It is for a separate email than the one I am using for the forum. Is there any way to actually get in touch with Support?
