After I add an email in Link Personal Email, any confirmation mail cannot be received in my mail box.


The mail I used is valid and can receive mail directly from other mail addresses.

I'm having the same issue - I set up my personal email and the verification email will not send.  I've added @box.com on the safe senders list and all.  Can someone from Tech Support please assist?
