I have share file to the box Can't play it I have logged out and back in Turned my phone off and on again Deleted file and saved again Checked for updated Cleared acache Also the songs that do play , they play over other songs , very frustrating

Sorry to hear about the trouble previewing music from the Box app. May I know what specific audio file type are you trying to play in Box?

Also, what phone are you using? Can you make sure that you have the latest OS and Box application installed on your phone?
