I need help opening PDF files on my BOX drive. I use this daily. Haven't opened this document since May 2022. Now it looks like it has to be refreshed with the clock/pie chart icon present. When I try to open and download it, nothing happens. Thanks!

Have you tried to quit/ exit Box Drive app and then restart the app again to see if this help open your files?
Do you encounter any error message when you try opening these files? Dyou mind providing a screenshot of how they appear in Box drive so we can take a closer look?

Has anyone found a solution? Reinstalling the apps doesn't work. My situation is that I can't open PDF files on my MIUI phone, but I can on my Android tablet.

I have signed in, signed out and signed back in again. Some days it works but most days it does not. I have contacted IT and they helped me one day then it stopped working again
