Hi, I have box links sent to me through Washington University.  I'm able to sign into box through the university and access all the existing files but I keep getting messages from Box that I can't access the new file being sent to me.  the message is usually this: 


This shared file or folder link has been removed or is unavailable to you.


I have contacted the sender and they have re-sent it 3 times now.  


What should I do?

To address your Box query, kindly contact your internal helpdesk team. Also, if a Product Support ticket is needed, your helpdesk team will create one for you.
