Can't open link.

This is pure torture. Client sent me a link. I downloaded your app..every time I try to open the link, I get an error message. How can I access documents sent to me? Thank you.

I have the same error message. What was the fix?

Two things happen when I try to open a client's link. 

  1. When I click on only the file link, this message appears. BOX1_01HTZNN8N0RV0W0V2YJS745709.png
  2. When I click on "All Files" this screen opens
