Can't open files in Box, have to download

I'm currently having this problem as well. I can't open files in Box, I have to download and upload after I edit. Any tips for getting this fixed?

Hi All,

I'm having the same sort of problem. I can open and view once or maybe twice, but if I need to go back to a document, it says 

"This preview didn’t load because the document may be protected. Please try to open or download the file to view." Then I have to download and view in a pdf and can't make comments if needed. How did you solve the problem?

I have to download an Excel file every time I use it and then upload it back in. The open box is grayed out.
