Can't open box link

Hi, I can't open a Box link sent from a supplier. It comes up with:

'Oops! We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.' 

The supplier says the link is fine however and they've tested it several times.

    I would like to have you try clearing the cached data that is stored in your browser to see if this resolves the issue for you.
