At around 2 pm CT on 4/6, everyone in our account lost the ability to open Google files from Box. When trying to open the file we all get the message: "Google Docs encountered an error. Please try reloading this page, or coming back to it in a few minutes." This is happening in both Chrome & Safari for all google files for all users in our account. We've obviously opened a support ticket, but wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue.
