Trying to change email addresses. Added the new email, verified it fine. When I try to make the new email primary, the error dialog is: “there is a problem updating your primary email.”
What do I need to do to change my email? Btw, using the web browser client as the iOS snd iPadOS apps don’t show the profile.

I have the same issue via the Box website - I tried to change the primary default email. I added a new email and verified it. I also tried to make the new email primary/default, the error dialog is: “there is a problem updating your primary email.”
