Can't login to old account

Hello!

I had a box account through my university that I attended. I have since graduated last semester and now it won't let me login with my email from that university. Is the account deleted now that I'm not in school anymore? I had a lot of files on this account, was hoping to still be able to access them or move them somewhere else:(

    If you can’t access the email address associated with the Box account, we recommend either reaching out to the email service provider (ESP) to regain access to the email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.
    Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to the email account. You will need access to the email address associated with the account to change the account password. 
    We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect the account against unauthorized access.
