Can't login

Hi,

I've downloaded latest Box app on Windows 10, version of the app is 2.27.242, however it can't login at all even though I've specified the correct password. Below is the error I'm getting from the log file:

2022-09-10 16:13:59.563 5912 INFO    SyncAppThread        sync_app              Could not authenticate, so sync was not started

 

Any ideas why?

Can you try manually resetting Box Drive from your computer following this article: 

If the issue persists, please go ahead and uninstall and then reinstall Box Drive from your Windows computer following these articles:
