I can’t log into my account on my mobile app. I’m using Android. When I type in my password, the message is “Invalid Login Credentials”. I can easily log in on my PC. I tried resetting my password, re-installing Box mobile app, none works.

To resolve your login error, please follow the troubleshooting steps below: 

  1. Ensure the user is using the correct email address associated with your Box account 
  2. Confirm the password is correct; if forgotten, reset it at https://app.box.com/reset 
  3. For Box for Android specifically, ensure the app is updated to the latest version to avoid errors like “redirect_uri_missing” which can cause login failures.
