We've had some new hires start at our company in recent months and none of them have receive the expected 'invite' email from Box. I've tried the "Resend Invite" feature several time at this point, still no email makes it through to their inboxes. I'm in discussion with our email security provider at the moment and they are saying that no emails from Box have been blocked and also that no emails have been received from Box. From what they are telling me, Box does not seem to be sending an email for us when I use the "Resend Invite" feature. Can anybody confirm whether or not these email invites are being sent for my specific team plan?
