I need to submit a help request.  I have changed my email & generated an email verification link but I keep getting a 403 Forbidden link.  I have tried all the troubleshooting ideas you have sent to others (updating browser, clearing cache, disabling firewall & extensions & restarting machine.  None have worked.  Can someone help me with this?

I understand that you’ve already tried all the relevant troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue but to no avail. At this rate, I’ll go and submit a case so that the Box Product Support team would reach out instead.
