I have a JWT app that has been in production for a while and need to have it download files now (it's only been used up to this point for uploads).

Reading the response on this thread:

https://community.box.com/t5/Platform-and-Development-Forum/How-to-see-the-uploaded-files-through-JWT-when-my-account-is/m-p/76652/highlight/true#M7150

says the app needs to be a collaborator on the folder.  This user is an editor and even files I created with the app I cannot download.  This app is not an enterprise app so impersonating another user isn't possible.

Is there something else I'm overlooking that's preventing access?

Could you please provide the full body response you receive if you attempt to download a file? I'm looking for a request ID so I can take a closer look at what's going on in our backend logs!

The file I just attempted to download has a BOX-REQUEST-ID in the ResponseHeaders of 07674ddfa6b164df6cacec74595ff65ad.

Could you please provide the request_id provided in the response body instead of the headers please?
