Hi everyone. I can't seem to enable 2FA. Just keeps showing this screen on multiple devices I own, desktop or mobile. What can I do?rca01JEWA9JFCVKN34JH98ACXDGNG.png

To help address your issue, can you follow these troubleshooting steps?

  • Updating your browser to the latest version
  • Clearing your browser's cache
  • Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network. 
  • Temporarily disabling any internet security/firewall programs to test whether they conflict with Box (Note: you may need clearance or assistance from your organization’s IT department/helpdesk to do this)
  • Restart your machine.
