I don’t understand why I can’t do anything in Box. The web opens but I can’t delete or create files or folders. I thought maybe I needed to delete some stuff to get it to work but I can’t. Just an error message that Box had trouble completing my request.

For the time being, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Are you creating a folder under the Box landing page/All Files page or you’re creating a sub-folder? If it’s the latter, please contact the folder owner to ensure you have the right permission to create and delete folders/files.
- If you’re having trouble creating or deleting folders you own, do the following:
- Access the Box website in another machine, network and browser.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Make that you’re using a supported browser and that it’s up to date.
- Restart your machine.
