Can't do anything in BOX

Welcome to Box Community, and we’ll help with your content creation and deletion issue. 

For the time being, try these troubleshooting steps: 

• Are you creating a folder under the Box landing page/All Files page or you’re creating a sub-folder? If it’s the latter, please contact the folder owner to ensure you have the right permission to create and delete folders/files. 
• If you’re having trouble creating or deleting folders you own, do the following: 
  • Access the Box website in another machine, network and browser. 
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  • Make that you’re using a supported browser and that it’s up to date. 
  • Restart your machine.
