Hi, this issue has happened before, and the rep swore she could delete users, even though none of the admins in my org seem to be able to. As such, I'd like help from a Box rep to delete a number of users.
The issue is only with users who have a large amount of storage. The resolution last time was to hit "delete" and then wait a few minutes for the confirmation window to pop up. This doesn't happen. If the confirmation window doesn't pop up right away, it doesn't show at all. I have tried with multiple affected users and left them sitting overnight on multiple occasions. This simply isn't a true solution.
