Can't delete folder

I am an admin for the Box drive and have all rights/permissions.

 

I am trying to delete a folder. There are no collaborations on it, I have all rights to it, but it still won’t let me delete. When I click the 3 dots and select “trash”, it says “something went wrong. Please try again.”. There is no explanation or anything. Can anyone help with this. I need this deleted asap.

Welcome to Box Community and we’ll help with your folder deletion. 

 

Before deleting the folder, please try the following troubleshooting steps: 

  • Updating your browser to the latest version
  • Clearing your browser's cache
  • Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network. 
  • Restart your machine. 

Once you do, please go back to the Box website and delete the folder. 

 

Hope it works, and please let us know how it goes.

Thank you for your reply. 

 

Unfortunately, I tried all of these things and nothing worked. The only thing I hadn’t tried before sending this was trying a different browser. I did and it still didn’t work. Any other suggestions?

Still no help or emails. Is there a single person who can help with this at all? It is very important to get this resolved.
