I have a user who dragged on a Mac 2 files into the Box folder structure from another location on her Mac. Now I have the following situation:


1. Files are gone from the old location


2. Files are not visible on new location


3. Files are listed in the Box sync queue when opening the Transfer list on Box sync: indicator shows they are partially uploaded. Progress is 75% done.


4. The upload fails for the reason that the files are both ~ 7GB large and our plan does allow only 4 GB files.


5. Situation has not changed in ~ 2 weeks clogging up network traffic.


6. The files are no online either.


How do I delete these files from the queue?
