I get the error 'There was a problem changing your password.' when trying to create a password after 'signing up' via Google. Please address ASAP - why is your support system like this??

  1. Navigate to the Box login page: http://app.box.com/login

  2. Sign in with the email address you currently use with your Box account.
    • If you do not know the password, click or tap Reset Password.


You may also clear your browser's cache and cookies or use your alternate browser.
