Can't create new user with deactivated account email

Hi, i misunderstood creating an account through my school and created one with my school email individually. I need to create a new account through school with that email, but even though I deleted the account the email is still marked as "already taken". I need help to set up that account, and that the old one can be confirmed as deleted. Help!
