Hi, I am getting an error "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise" when trying to create a user. 

Can you assist me with removing this users existing account so I can create the enterprise account?

This error message serves as a reminder that you're about to add an existing Box user. 

Here's what you can do. 

  • Continue to add the user, and when this error appears, "1 user failed to be added", ignore the error message and press the Save button again. Saving a second time will begin the invitation process.
