Trying to create an External Password for Webdav with Box (Posted Feb 26, 2020; Updated Sep 30, 2022).
According to the instructions I'm supposed to create an external password via Account Settings > Account tab > Create External Password.
But when I click on the Account tab, I only have the option to change my current password, not create a new password.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please be advised that Box no longer supports WebDAV as of October, 2019. If you have been using WebDAV you can continue to use it, however, we are no longer resolving any issues that may arise as a result.
